EZ CARRIER SHIPPING POLICY
1. General Information:
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the estimated availability and further options. Options may include but are not limited to a refund via your original form of payment, or a replacement product.
2. Agreement to Ship:
By completing a purchase with EZ Carrier, the buyer agrees to have the ordered items shipped to the designated address provided at checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. EZ Carrier is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
3. Delivery Location:
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the continental US. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time, or may be subject to additional shipping charges.
4. Delivery Time:
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Weekends or National Holidays.
5. Non-Refundable Policy:
Once an order has been shipped, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to acknowledge the immediate costs incurred by EZ Carrier in processing and shipping an order. Please ensure that your order is correct prior to finalizing your purchase.
