EZ CARRIER SHIPPING POLICY

1. General Information:
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the estimated availability and further options. Options may include but are not limited to a refund via your original form of payment, or a replacement product.
2. Agreement to Ship:
By completing a purchase with EZ Carrier, the buyer agrees to have the ordered items shipped to the designated address provided at checkout. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. EZ Carrier is not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
3. Delivery Location:
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the continental US. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time, or may be subject to additional shipping charges.
4. Delivery Time:
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Weekends or National Holidays.
5. Non-Refundable Policy:
Once an order has been shipped, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable. This policy is in place to acknowledge the immediate costs incurred by EZ Carrier in processing and shipping an order. Please ensure that your order is correct prior to finalizing your purchase.
6. Damaged Items in Transport:

RETURN POLICY

  1. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible, we do not build extra fees for returns into our prices. We are happy to accommodate customers who wish to return a product, however we must recover the costs we have incurred as a result. Please read our policy in its entirety before you purchase a carrier so that there is a mutual understanding when you make your purchase. Thank you!
  2. When your new product arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage, the manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it at the manufacturer’s option. The item to be returned must be in new condition, with original packaging, instructions, and warranty material.
  3. If you have received a defective unit and wish to return the product all together you have 10 days to call our customer service number at 888-302-2774 and let us know what it is you want to return. We will send you a Return Authorization Release Form. Upon the return of your signed form we will issue a Return Authorization Number.
  4. You, the customer, are responsible for packaging and shipping the product to us. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased from us, at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once received at the manufacturer’s facility in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of the product, less a 20% restocking fee and the original outbound freight charges. If original shipping fees cannot be established, we will use our current shipping rates.
